Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Weekly Remote Jobs service. By subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Weekly Remote Jobs provides a curated list of remote job opportunities delivered via email on a weekly basis. The service includes:

10-15 hand-curated remote job listings per week
Direct application links to verified positions
Job descriptions and salary information when available
Access to member portal with previous listings

2. Subscription and Payment

The service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $9.99 per month. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

3. No Guarantee of Employment

Important: We provide job listings only. We do not guarantee:

That you will be hired for any position
That you will receive interviews
That positions will still be available when you apply
Any specific number of jobs per week (though we target 10-15)
That all positions will meet your specific requirements

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your first week's digest, reply to the email for a full refund. After the first week, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and current information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Not share your subscription access with others
Not resell or redistribute our job listings
Use the service for personal job searching only

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our job listings publicly
Use automated systems to scrape or collect our content
Share your login credentials with others
Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our service, including job listings, descriptions, and curation, is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weekly Remote Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We may also change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

11. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and current job listings, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information. Job postings may be filled, removed, or changed by employers without notice.

12. Third-Party Links

Our service contains links to third-party websites (job application pages). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these external sites.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
